Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Magius platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the services.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:

• Magius: The service provider and the platform being used.
• User: Individuals who access or use the Magius services.
• Services: All services provided by Magius through its platform.

User Eligibility & Account Rules

Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use Magius. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

Services Description & Availability

Magius provides various services including but not limited to data analytics, user management, and other digital solutions. While we strive for high availability, uptime is not guaranteed and may be subject to unforeseen outages.

Payment / Pricing / Billing

Fees for services will be displayed in the currency specified on the Magius platform. Payments are due as scheduled, and any applicable taxes will be added. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined prior to billing.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any infringement of intellectual property rights, or any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal behavior is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Magius services are owned by Magius. Users retain ownership of their user-generated content but grant Magius a license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the services.

Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. Services are provided “as is” without any warranties.

Termination & Suspension

Magius reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to non-compliance or fraudulent activities. Termination will result in the immediate loss of access to the services.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified by Magius. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the designated venue.

Changes to the Terms

Magius may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
